Design: The DNA was extracted using a NucleoSpin Microbial DNA Kit. The DNA library was prepared using a Rapid barcoding kit (SQK-RBK004, Oxford Nanopore Technologies). The DNA was sequenced using a MinION sequencer with a single R9.4.1 flow cell. The basecalling was performed with guppy (v 3.6.0) in high accuracy mode.
