Design: Sanger_zebrafish_sequencing
Submitted by: The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute (SC)
Study: Sanger_zebrafish_sequencing
Sample: Zebrafish adult swim bladder
SAMEA782574 • ERS017859 • All experiments • All runs
Organism: Danio rerio
Library:
Name: RNA from Zebrafish adult swim bladder
Instrument: Illumina Genome Analyzer II
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: PAIRED
Construction protocol: Zebrafish tissue was collected from Singapore strain incross fish grown at 28C. Collected samples were snap frozen on dry ice and stored at -70 C Total RNA was extracted using Trizol Reagent (Invitrogen) following the manufacturer's instructions. Pellets were re-suspended in 10 mM Tris pH 7.5 and the RNA was quantified using a NanoDrop ND-1000 Spectrophotometer (Axon Instruments).
