SRX2308657: Draft Genome Sequence of Bradyrhizobium elkanii TnphoA 33 Producer of Polyhydroxyalkanoates

Design: Genomic DNA from isolated was extracted using Wizard Genomic DNA Purification kit (Promega). De novo sequencing of B. elkanii TnphoA 33 was carried out using the Ion Torrent (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA). The library was constructed using Ion Xpress Plus Fragment Library kit (Thermofisher Scientific), using conditions recommended by the manufacturer. Single-read sequencing (1x200bp) was performed on Ion Torrent Proton Sequencer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) on a separate PI chip, according to the manufacturer’s protocols.
