Synchronized wild type and nxf-1(t2160) worms were grown at 15°C. One-day old adult-stage worms were shifted to 25°C for 16 hours, because t2160 is a ts allele. RNA was isolated using an RNeasy Mini kit (Qiagen,). Overall design: C. elegans mRNA profiles of worms of nxf-1 (t2160) or wild type (Control).
