In this study, a strain HS was isolated from a biofloc culture pond and identified as Vibrio ruber by 16S rDNA sequencing and NCBI database comparison, and the drug resistance and pathogenicity of Vibrio ruber HS were evaluated by antimicrobial susceptibility test and LD50 test. In addition, we explored the pathogenesis of this strain and the regulation of immune response in Penaeus vannamei based on transcriptomics for the first time.
