SRX25159811: Gut RNA sequence of juvenile yellowfin seabream
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 21.5M spots, 6.4G bases, 1.9Gb downloads

Design: Intestinal samples were powdered with liquid nitrogen, and RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (Invitrogen, USA) following the manufacturers protocol. RNA quality was assessed using an Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer (Agilent Technologies, USA) and 1% agarose gel electrophoresis. According to the suppliers instructions, the Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs, USA) was used to construct the RNA library. The resulting library was then sequenced using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform at Gene Denovo Biotechnology Co. (Guangzhou, China).
