In order to ensure the accuracy and reliability of sequencing data from the source, Nuohe Zhiyuan strictly controls every production step of sample detection, library construction, and sequencing, fundamentally ensuring the output of high-quality data. The qualified DNA samples were randomly broken using a Covaris ultrasonic crusher, and the entire library was prepared through steps such as end repair, addition of A-tail, addition of sequencing adapters, purification, and PCR amplification. The constructed library was sequenced using Illumina Novaseq6000 platform.
