show Abstracthide AbstractThe freshly purchased, shell-on oysters were cleaned after shucking and subsequently placed under direct sunlight, with daily flipping of the oysters performed at 10 AM. Samples were collected at four time points, namely, before sun exposure (OGT0), after 1 day of sun exposure (OGT1), after 2 days of sun exposure (OGT2), and after 4 days of sun exposure (OGT4). A total of four biological replicates (oyster samples) were collected at each time point.
