Study: The influence of TFEB on gene expression in primary murine germinal center and non-germinal center B cells
show Abstracthide Abstract
To investigate TFEB-dependent mRNA expression in murine B cells, FACS-sorted germinal center and non-germinal center B lymphocytes of B-cell-specific conditional TFEB KO mice and control littermates were subjected to RNA sequencing analysis Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for FACS-sorted germinal center (CD19+GL7+CD95+) and non-germinal center (CD19+GL7-CD95-) B cells of conditional TFEB KO mice (Tfeb fl/fl Mb1-Cre +/-) and control littermates (Tfeb fl/fl Mb1-Cre -/-)
Sample: germinal center B cells, spleen, TFEB-WT, rep3

Name: GSM7653651
Instrument: Illumina NovaSeq 6000
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: PAIRED
Construction protocol: Spleen were passed through 40µm cell strainer to generate single-cell suspensions. Subsequently, ells were were sorted according to indicated marker, pelleted by centrifugation, subsequently resuspended in TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen) and stored at -80°C. Total RNA was purified from sorted cells using the TRIzol protocol (Invitrogen)extracted with RNA-seq libraries were prepared using the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (New England Biolabs) with minor modifications in ligation and amplification (protocol from Schattling, B., Engler, J.B., Volkmann, C. et al.
