Agrobacterium fabrum strain UBAPF2 was selected on 200 ug/ml streptomycin. Resulting streptomycin-resistant mutant strains BB01, BL01, BM01, CI01, IW01, YS01 were whole genome sequenced and compared to the UBAPF2 genome to identify spontaneous mutations that confer streptomycin resistance in Agrobacterium fabrum.
