SRX20288331: Single-cell sequencing of Anopheles gambiae: adult male germline

Design: A total of 191 testes from one-day old mosquitoes expressing 2:mCherry (2mC-2 line) and 194 expressing vasa2:eGFP (YVasG line) were dissected and homogenised to produce a single cell suspension. A total of 8600 cells were sorted and subsequently used for library preparation using the Chromium Single Cell 3' v2 Reagent Kit (10x Genomics)
