show Abstracthide AbstractHybridization-based target enrichment was performed on four representative species of Leucanthemum, using a commercially available probe kit for Asteraceae (CompCOS loci). The sequenced target capture data were mined for loci being putatively single- or low-copy in Leucanthemum, using a newly developed pipeline. The identified markers were then amplified in 40 Leucanthemum individuals plus two outgroup genera and the sequenced data used for species tree inference.
