WGS approach is very affordable for characterization of Mtb strains described above, but comprehensive genotyping tools including traditional genotypings have been expected to integrate all genetic information thus far. Here, we present a Total Genotyping Solution for TB (TGS-TB) web-based tool to facilitate multiple genotypings for a phylocore-genome SNPs phylogeny, IS6110 insertion sites, spoligotyping, VNTR (our selected short DR on 79 loci) and genetic alterations on the antimicrobial resistance with only insilico methods using next-generation DNA sequencing (NGS). Such all-in-one tool provides more correct and discriminative strain-typing at clinical and epidemiological investigations, the NGS strain-typing could be total solution for Mtb genotyping. NGS was performed using MiSeq NGS sequencer (illumina, San Diego, CA USA) by MiSeq reagent kit v3 (600 cycle) with 350 mer x 250 mer paired-end short reads and 96 indexing.
