Design: These data are collected for reconstructing phylogenetic relationships of Cerambycinae genera. Ethanol-preserved specimens of Cerambycinae deposited in the Australian National Insect Collection (ANIC) and the New Zealand Arthropod Collection (NZAC) comprised most specimens studied. Genomic DNA was extracted from thoracic muscle, normalized to 100500 ng of DNA, and sheared to 300500 bp in size. Hybrid enrichment was performed following the myBaits Hybridization Capture for Targeted NGS protocol (Arbor Biosciences); the AHE probes were designed for Coleoptera by Haddad et al. (2018).
