SRX259760: Sceliphron caementarium transcriptome
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 18.9M spots, 3.8G bases, 2.4Gb downloads

Design: RNA was extracted from Sceliphron caementarium samples homogenized in Trizol (Invitrogen). A barcoded library was generated using the Illumina Truseq RNA kit and sequenced on a single lane (along with the other libraries generated in this project). Paired-end sequencing was used. Files containing forward (1) and reverse (2) reads are deposited here.
