SRX10237957: long read sequencing of Rosa moschata genomic DNA
1 OXFORD_NANOPORE (MinION) run: 3.2M spots, 10.6G bases, 9Gb downloads

Design: DNA was extracted from young leaves as described in Conart et al, 2021. Sequencing library was prepared using the SQK-LSK109 DNA kit following manufacturer protocol. Library was sequenced on a FLO-MIN106 flow cell on a MinIon device. Basecalling was performed using guppy with parameters recommanded for the sequencing library.
