Design: Strains were grown shaking in SG broth at 37C and genomic DNA isolated using the Quick-DNA Fungal/Bacterial miniprep kit (Zymo Research, Ivrine, CA). Library preparation and 2x150bp paired end sequencing was performed on a HiSeq Novaseq 6000 (Leipzig, Germany) following the manufacturers recommended protocols.
