1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 11.2M spots, 3.3G bases, 1.2Gb downloads

Design: Strains were grown shaking in SG broth at 37C and genomic DNA isolated using the Quick-DNA Fungal/Bacterial miniprep kit (Zymo Research, Ivrine, CA). Library preparation and 2x150bp paired end sequencing was performed on a NextSeq 500 v2 by LGC Genomics (Berlin, Germany) following the manufacturers recommended protocols.
