Design: For sequencing, genomic DNA was extracted using an automated Maxwell DNA preparation instrument (Promega) as detailed by Tahon, Tytgat, Lebbe et al. (2018). Subsequently, the genomic sequences were determined using the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform with 2x150 bp cycles at Oxford Genomics. The genomes were assembled using shovill 1.0.4
