SRX6957324: RADSeq of Syngnathids; tail muscle tissue
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 4.2M spots, 385.9M bases, 242.9Mb downloads

Design: Genomic DNA was extracted from tail muscle tissue, treated with RNAase A, and equalized to 30 ng/?l using Qubit Fluormetric Quantitation (Invitrogen). Selected samples were then individually barcoded for genomic library construction utilizing the restriction digestion enzyme Sbfl (CCTGCA^GG) following previously established protocols (2325). Following adapters and barcode identifier ligation, genomic DNA was sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq platform by Floragenex.
