SRX365673: RNAseq of isolates from 02_hRRP40 knock-down cells
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 20.1M spots, 4.1G bases, 2.6Gb downloads

Design: HeLa cells were transfected with siRNAs targeting the gene noted in the library title. After verification of knock-down efficiency by western blots total RNA was depleted of rRNA (RiboMinus) and RNA-seq libraries were prepared using the ScriptSeq v2 kit (EpiCentre). Libraries were sequenced 100 nt paired end on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform.
