SRX352446: Pocillopora damicornis Thermal stress (T) RNAseq library

Design: mRNA from 3 mini-colony confronted for 12 days to water temperature increase (31.5oC) were sequenced by illumina SOLEXA technology (Jeremie Vidal-Dupiol, Nolwenn M Dheilly, Rodolpho Rondon, Christoph Grunau, Celine Cosseau, Kristina Smith, Michael Freitag, Mehdi Adjeroud, Guillaume Mitta). Total RNA was extracted and purified with Trizol (Invitrogen) as previously described (Vidal-Dupiol et al. 2009). Then, the method used for cDNA library construction was done following a published protocol (Fox et al. 2010).
