SRX275395: Transcriptome-wide study of genetic basis for local adaptation in nine-spined sticklebacks
1 LS454 (454 GS FLX) run: 38,173 spots, 9.2M bases, 5.8Mb downloads

Design: Total RNA was extracted from brain tissues using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's protocol. cDNA library was constructed with the SuperScript Double-Stranded cDNA Synthesis Kit (Invitrogen, cat. no. 11917-010), according to the manufacturer's protocol. Equimolar amounts of the total RNA from each of one male and one female were used for the freshwater brain library.
