SRX275313: Transcriptome-wide study of genetic basis for local adaptation in nine-spined sticklebacks
1 LS454 (454 GS FLX) run: 73,704 spots, 16.8M bases, 10.6Mb downloads

Design: Total RNA was extracted from brain using TRIzol reagent (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA, USA) according to the manufacturer's protocol.cDNA library was constructed with the SuperScript Double-Stranded cDNA Synthesis Kit (Invitrogen, cat. no. 11917-010), according to the manufacturer's protocol. Equimolar amounts of the total RNA from each of the two males and two females were pooled for construction of the marine brain library.
