Design: The NEBNext Ultra II DNA Reagent Kit Library Prep Kit was used to prepare equimolar fragmented to 200-300 bp DNA libraries from the mixed PCR products. The obtained DNA library fragments were mixed equimolarly into a pool for sequencing.
