Design: We used 30 pairs of ovaries to perform total RNA extraction, in two biological replicates, using the RNeasy kit (Qiagen). The samples were treated with DNase (DNA-free Kit, Ambion) and stored at -80C. The samples were quantified by fluorescence in a Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent). Sequencing was performed using the GenomEast platformwith an Illumina HiSeq 4000.
