SRX21454675: DNA-Seq of Sorghum bicolor: pooled leaf genomic DNA
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 40.5M spots, 12.1G bases, 5Gb downloads

Design: genomic DNA was randomly fragmented by sonication, then DNA fragments were end polished, A-tailed, and ligated with the full-length adapters of Illumina sequencing, and followed by further PCR amplification with indexed oligos. The PCR products as the final construction of the libraries were purified with magnetic beads. Then libraries were checked for size distribution by Bioanalyzer and quantified by real-time PCR .
