Construction protocol: Polysome fractions were collected using an LC-MS/MS-based ribo Mega-Sec approach as previously described. Total RNA was extracted from the eluted polysome fractions using TRIzol LS. Ribosomal RNA depleted library 1 μg total RNA using the Illumina Stranded Total RNA Prep with Ribo-Zero Plus Kit (Illumina), according to the manufacturers' instructions. A total of 25 million 150 bp paired-end strand-specific reads were sequenced per sample on an Illumina HiSeq® 2500 Platform (Illumina).
