All individuals are PIGI consented. iPSC and LCL samples were sourced from Coriell.Whole genome sequencing of 38 HAP1 KO lines, which are nearly-haploid human cell lines derived from a chronic myeloid leukemia patient and readily amenable to CRISPR/Cas9-mediated gene knockout. Of the 38 samples, 6 are WT and 32 have a KO in one of 22 genes.
