SRX2442184: RNA-Seq analysis of MR-1 leaf infected by powdery mildew after 0 hours post-inoculation
2 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) runs: 42.2M spots, 9.3G bases, 4Gb downloads

Design: The library preparations were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq™ 2500 system at the Novogene Bioinformatics Institute in Tianjin, China. High-quality reads (clean reads) with lengths of 125 bp were obtained by removing low-quality reads with ambiguous nucleotides, and adaptor sequences were filtered from the raw reads.
