Design: DNA extraction was performed using a custom lysozyme/protK/bead-beating-based protocol. DNA was dissolved in Tris buffer and checked using Agilent 4200 TapeStation System and Qubit 3.0 Fluorometer. Library preparation and run mode was ligation Sequencing kit - SQK-LSK109 and barcoding kit EXP-NBD104. Genomic DNA sequencing was performed on a GridION flowcell FLO-MIN106 (Oxford Nanopore, Eindhoven, the Netherlands).
