DRX131256: MinION sequencing of SAMD00127215

Study: Transcriptome sequencing using nanopore sequencing
show Abstracthide Abstract
For general RNA-Seq using short read sequencer, it is difficult to reveal entire structure of transcripts. To overcome this problem, we performed the MinION sequencing of full-length cDNA synthesized by SMART-Seq v4. We applied these data to gene expression estimation, detection of fusion genes, and SNP phasing.
Sample: FL-cDNA-Seq of skeletal muscle of a male (R9.4)
SAMD00127215 • DRS076414 • All experiments • All runs
Organism: Homo sapiens
Library:
Name: Male_Skeletal_muscle_cDNA
Instrument: MinION
Strategy: RNA-Seq
Source: TRANSCRIPTOMIC
Selection: cDNA
Layout: SINGLE
Construction protocol: The full-length cDNA was synthesized from 50 ng of total RNA and SMART-Seq v4 kit. The 2D sequnencing library was constructed from 1 u g of full-length cDNA by 2D Sequencing Kit (SQK-LSK208).
