SRX14280039: RNA-Seq of Hoya cagayanensis flower
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 22.3M spots, 6.7G bases, 1.9Gb downloads

Design: The flower samples were ground into powder using mortar and pestle with liquid nitro-gen. Total RNA was extracted using Trizol reagent (Sigma-Aldrich, USA). Three biological replicates were used for sequencing. The sequencing library was constructed following the NEBNext Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina protocol. The poly (A) mRNA isolation was performed using NEBNext Poly(A) mRNA Magnetic. The first strand of cDNA was synthesized with ProtoScript II Reverse Tran-scriptase, while the second strand was synthesized with Second Strand Synthesis Enzyme Mix. The Illumina HiSeq (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA) platform was used to sequence the cDNA libraries.
