1 ILLUMINA (NextSeq 500) run: 3.8M spots, 1.1G bases, 529.4Mb downloads

Design: Raw reads from hybrid target capture with Angiosperms353 bait kit targeting 353 nuclear genes (includes off-target reads)
Submitted by: University of Cambridge
Study: Angiosperms353 target capture sequencing of New Zealand Veronica
show Abstracthide Abstract
353 nuclear genes from 117 species of the plant genus Veronica (Plantaginaceae), subgenus Psuedoveronica, section Hebe, which is endemic to New Zealand, were sequenced using a target capture approach with the Angiosperms353 bait kit. This is the largest scale sequencing of this group to date, with the goal of estimating a more complete phylogeny of the highly diverse species radiation for use in taxonomic and evolutionary studies.
