SRX24305938: Illumina reads for FW104-7C03

Design: Castellaniella species were isolated from the nitrate and multiple metal contaminated subsurface at the Oak Ridge Reservation (ORR). gDNA of isolates were extracted using a Qiagen DNeasy kit according to the manufacturer's protocol for gram negative bacteria. Illumina Libraries were constructed with ~250 ng of gDNA using an Illumina DNA Prep Tagmentation kits and Illumina DNA/RNA UD Indexes.
