SRX15928158: genome skimming of Victoria spp.
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 141.5M spots, 14.2G bases, 4.8Gb downloads

Design: NEB Next Ultra II library prep

Study: Genome skimming of Victoria spp
show Abstracthide Abstract
A study on species delimitation in genus Victoria revealed the presence of a putative new species, based on morphological characters and geographical distribution. Molecular data generated here, by genome skimming of individuals of three morphotypes (two recognised species and one putative new species) was produced to interrogate nuclear and plastid genomes for evidence that would corroborate existing data supporting the delimitation of a new species.
