show Abstracthide Abstract
These are the raw reads from the pilot project to test the GoFlag 451 targeted enrichment probe set on a diverse sample of flagellate plants (including mosses, hornworts, liverworts, lycophytes, ferns, and gymnosperms). The DNA samples were sent from the University of Florida, and the library construction, targeted capture, and sequencing was done by RAPiD Genomics.
