Design: After the sample genome DNA is tested to be qualified, break the DNA with enzyme, and then purify the broken DNA to build a sequencing library. The steps are as follows: repair the DNA end, add A to the 3 'end, connect the sequencing connector, recover the target segment by agarose gel electrophoresis, and conduct PCR amplification on the target segment to finally build a sequencing library. Before sequencing, perform quality inspection on the constructed library. After passing the inspection, use Illumina Novaseq TM platform for sequencing
