SRX5087639: ddRAD-seq of the alpine bamboos
1 ILLUMINA (HiSeq X Ten) run: 6.4M spots, 896.9M bases, 445.4Mb downloads

Design: Cleaned DNA was double-digested with AvaII and MspI restriction enzymes followed by adapter ligation with P1 (DNA barcodes adapter) and P2 (varied in length). Ligated fragments were then pooled and loaded on 2.0% agarose gel for size selection (600-700bp). Recovered DNA fragments were then used as templates for PCR amplification with 16 cycles and products were purified in spin columns (E.Z.N.A.? Cycle Pure Kit provides). Finally the library was diluted to 10nM and sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq X Ten System (San Diego CA USA)
