SRX3452106: PCR products of beetles: Eulichas sp. INB025
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 204,210 spots, 38.1M bases, 24.7Mb downloads

Design: 95 nuclear genes were amplified from each species and all amplicons were pooled, sheared and sequenced on a Illunima HiSeq 2500 sequencer. These sequences were used to study the phylogeny and evolution of beetles.
