SRX10367869: ddRAD data of Anolis scypheus sample MTR33729
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2500) run: 3.9M spots, 1.1G bases, 383.3Mb downloads

Design: A double restriction-site associated DNA library (ddRAD) was generated at the University of Wisconsin Biotechnology Center. Genomic DNA was digested with the PstI and MspI restriction enzymes, and the resulting fragments were tagged with individual barcodes, PCR-amplified, multiplexed, and sequenced on a single lane on an Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform (rapid run mode). The data was demultiplexed using Ipyrad v. 0.7.30.

Study: Restriction site-associated DNA markers from mainland Anolis lizard species
show Abstracthide Abstract
This project aims to 1) investigate the history of mainland anole lizard populations, 2) examine how tropical species responded to former environmental change, 3) elucidate whether and how environmental gradients contribute to genomic variation within and among species.
