show Abstracthide Abstract
These data are from the manuscript, 'Impacts of the Toba eruption and montane forest expansion on diversification in Sumatran parachuting frogs (Rhacophorus)'. They are raw R1 and R2 reads from a target capture experiment capturing 950 protein coding loci. The goal of the study was to compare genetic diversity between populations near and far from the super eruption of volcano Toba.
