Design: Reverse transcription was performed using random primers in the Invitrogen RNA reverse transcription kit into cDNA. About 1 g of high-quality cDNA was fragmented and use to construct the paired-end NGS sequencing libraries of an insert size ~150 bp, according to the manufacturers instructions (Illumina, CA, USA). Finally, the sequencing process was done on an Illumina HiSeq 2000 at Novogene Co., Ltd. (Beijing).
