SRX22983667: Sequence capture of Australian Asteraceae
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina NovaSeq 6000) run: 3.3M spots, 936.2M bases, 302.8Mb downloads

Design: Libraries were prepared from sonicated genomic DNA using the QIAseq Ultralow Input DNA Library UDI-A Kit (96) adjusted for use on the Echo Acoustic Liquid Handler. Libraries were captured using a myBaits Angiosperms 353 kit following manufacturer's instructions.

Study: Target sequence capture for phylogenomics guided host test list selection in biological control: a case study in flaxleaf fleabane (Erigeron bonariensis; Astereae)
show Abstracthide Abstract
We demonstrate the utility of target sequence capture data (Angiosperms353) for the biological control of flaxleaf fleabane (Erigeron bonariensis) which is a major cropping weed in Australia. Phylogenomic analysis was conducted on 280 species of the tribe Astereae (family Asteraceae) occurring in Australia and New Zealand, clarifying relationships between the target species and related clades of native and non-native Astereae.
Sample: Captured with myBaits Angiosperms 353 kit: Standard plant (TruSeq 8 bp blockers, 24 hr hybridisation at 65degC)
