SRX7701780: RAD-seq Viburnum ternatum: leaves
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 2000) run: 990,258 spots, 90.1M bases, 52.2Mb downloads

Design: Original RAD-seq method using the PstI restriction enzyme and sonication size selection performed by Floragenex Inc.
Submitted by: Columbia University
Study: Joint phylogenetic estimation of geographic movements and biome shifts during the global diversification of Viburnum
show Abstracthide Abstract
RAD-seq data generated for a genome-wide phylogeny of Viburnum. These data were generated as part of the "Replicated Evolution of Leaf Form in a Neo-tropical Radiation of Viburnum" NSF-funded project. Here we include species-level sampling of all species of Viburnum to infer a backbone tree for use in phylogenetic comparative methods, including novel methods for biogeographic and biome reconstructions.
