SRX23114999: Coelastrella fusifera, a new species of green algae (Chlorophyta, Scenedesmaceae) from India.
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina Genome Analyzer) run: 2 spots, 1,855 bases, 62,269b downloads

Design: Purified microalgae were identified through by testing a specific gene that encodes SSU 18S rRNA (small-subunit 18S RNA) primer sequences. ITS1 and ITS4 universal primers (White et al., 1990), which is a prime mover proceeding (forward 5′-TCCGTAGGTGAACCTGCGG-3′) and (Reverse 5′-TCCTCCGCTTATTGATATGC-3′) utilized and also run with primer sequence of NS1 and NS4 (White et al., 1990). The resulting sequence was submitted to GenBank (accession number PP301798) for further uses for species identification.
