Submitted by: University of Arizona
Study: Oryza brachyantha Genome sequencing and assembly
show Abstracthide Abstract
Oryza brachyantha is a wild rice species that is found in central Africa. It is tufted, slender, distributed in central Africa, and usually lives on rocks or in shallow water. Oryza brachyantha is a phyletically basal species in the genus Oryza. The unique phylogenic position and compact genome make this species an excellent model for comparative genomic in this genus. We chose the commonly used accession IRGC101232 for genome sequencing.
Sample: Oryza brachyantha pancile RNA seq
