SRX10759865: HiFi sequencing data for CHM1
1 PACBIO_SMRT (Sequel II) run: 7.3M spots, 86.2G bases, 55.4Gb downloads

Design: This project contains the HiFi sequence data for a well characterized essentially haploid cell line (CHM1htert) derived from a hydatidiform mole. The lack of allelic variation in the haploid sequence allows for unambiguous resolution of complex regions including segmental duplications. Sequence from this project will be used for genome assembly and studies of variation within segmental duplications.
