SRX10493060: Random DNA sequencing of human salivary metagenome in oral health
1 ILLUMINA (Illumina HiSeq 4000) run: 4.1M spots, 1.2G bases, 465.2Mb downloads

Design: Oral metagenomic DNA was obtained from non-stimulated saliva, using a broad Gram-positive/negative DNA extraction protocol, quality controlled, and submitted to enzymatic tagging and fragmentation according to the Illumina Nextera libray preparation kit . Sequencing was performed in a paired-end fashion with 150 bp read sizes. Host-related reads were filtered out via Bowtie2 software.
