Shotgun sequencing libraries were prepared using Fragmentase (Epicentre BioTechnologies), standard Y-adaptor ligation, PCR amplification using Kapa HiFi (KAPA Biosystems), and were purified using Agencourt AMPure XP (Beckman Coulter).
